We can't believe a year has passed, and here we are again.  We hope you had a wonderful year and are looking forward to seeing you all again. I think we all know this might be our most challenging year.  As we begin planning for the drive we are setting things in motion now so that the weekend goes as smoothly as possible. This year's drive will take place Thursday Dec. 11 thru Sunday Dec. 14.  We also want to give you details about our celebrity bartending fundraiser to save the date and spread the word. (see info below)

First of all, If you have been a volunteer but would like to get even more involved, please let us know. Here are a few jobs we hope you will consider: You can sign up at the bottom of this page and select the job you would like to help with.

Santa Captain- Help us find some Santa's!

•  A Santa captain is the liaison between SWC and your Santa's. A Santa Captain will assign  Santa's for a group of children from your circle of friends and relatives etc. and follow  up with them to ensure the gift has been purchased and gets to us by the weekend. 

• We have specific instructions we will give if you are interested. 

• Many Santa Captains are also Sorter Captains if they can make it to the Santa's Workshop weekend.

Sorter Captain - On site during the Santa's Workshop weekend!

• You will be in charge of anywhere from 30 to 50  wish lists.

•  It is preferable that you be there Friday eve thru Sunday or until your list is complete.

• You will make sure everything is there and make a shopping list for missing items.

• You will be trained in detail and we are always there for any questions.

Phone Captain - Help us make phone calls!

• A phone captain provides follow up to Santa's assigned on the website.

• You will contact Santa's via phone to make sure they have received all their info.

• Make sure they understand labeling instructions, and will fill their wish(es).

• We will have guidelines and will teach you how to help.

• We'd like Website Captains to cover 50 Santa's if possible or 25 minimum.

• If you can also be a sorter at the Santa's Workshop weekend, we will assign you the same group of Santa's so you have continuity from start to finish with those Santa's.

Shopper - Be a last minute elf!

• We need people willing to go to a store(s) to do last minute shopping Saturday evening and/or Sunday morning to buy wishes not fulfilled. Stockings With Care will reimburse you.

Santa's Workshop - Help us wrap presents and many other chores on our collection weekend!

• If you don't have the time to take on more responsibility before the drive itself,  please sign up below to help on the weekend.

• This year's drive will take place Thursday Dec. 11 thru Sunday Dec. 14. The gifts will be collected and organized Thursday and Friday with additional sorting and shopping Saturday and Sunday.
